About the Trainer

Andre Lanser

Andre Lanser has delivered courses for banks worldwide in Credit, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Valuation and Financial Modelling. He is a Chartered Accountant and completed his professional articles with PwC. His professional experience includes steel manufacturing, Commercial Union and investment back-office operations, followed by more than 12 years of experience in venture capital and private equity, corporate analysis and valuation. His areas of specialisation include corporate credit, financial modelling, valuations, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and IFRS accounting. Andre has more than 20 years of experience in professional training.
